Electrical Safety for Kids – Immersive VR Learning Experience
This is an interactive learning project that teaches children how to recognise electrical dangers, stay safe at home and in school, and respond confidently in risky situations using engaging virtual reality (VR) experiences and hands-on activities.

Designed especially for young kids, the programme transforms important safety lessons into fun, memorable, and practical learning that children can understand and apply in real life
Why This Project Matters
Many everyday electrical risks like exposed wires, overloaded sockets, unsafe appliances, or playing near power sources are not easily understood by young children through traditional teaching alone.
Immersive VR allows children to:
- See dangers safely without real-world risk
- Practise safe decisions in realistic scenarios
- Build confidence and awareness through play-based learning
This helps prevent accidents while encouraging responsibility, curiosity, and safety awareness from an early age.

What Children Learn
Through guided VR experiences, games, and discussion, children explore:
- Common electrical dangers at home and school
- Safe and unsafe ways to use plugs, sockets, and devices
- Why water and electricity are dangerous together
- What to do in an emergency or unsafe situation
- How to ask adults for help and stay safe around power sources
